Can I pick up my packet on race day?+
We strongly encourage picking up on Saturday, Sep 19 if you can. Race day packet pick-up opens at 5:30 AM on race day at Pier Plaza.
What do I need to bring?+
Your QR-code confirmation email (sent Thursday, Sep 17) and a photo ID.
Can someone else pick up my packet?+
Yes — send your proxy with a copy of your ID and your confirmation email. Proxies may pick up for up to 3 people.
Can I change my distance?+
Email us before Thursday, Sep 17, or visit the Solutions Table at packet pick-up to change your distance subject to availability.

Gear check opens at 5:30 AM at Pier Plaza. Use the provided bag and tag with your bib number; one bag per runner.
On-Course Support+
Aid stations along the course offer water and Gatorade Endurance, plus Honey Stinger energy chews. Pace teams run the 10 Miler. [confirm Gatorade flavor · Honey Stinger flavor · pacers 10-miler only + pace groups]
Course Time Limit+
The course operates on a 16-minute-per-mile pace. Participants who fall behind may be asked to move to the sidewalk and obey traffic signals.
Awards+

Getting to the Start

All distances start and finish at the Huntington Beach Pier. Plan to arrive early — expect heavy traffic and PCH road closures on race morning.

We recommend arriving at least 60–90 minutes before your start to park, pick up your packet if needed, and check your gear.
